Marie Collins, 92, of Beagle Club Road, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at Genesis Eldercare.
Born Sept. 30, 1922, in Winnsboro, S.C., to the late Jim Broome and Luegenia Ellison Broome, Mrs. Collins was educated in the public schools of Fairfield County, S.C.
She retired from Laundry, Dry Cleaning Workers Co. Inc. and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Collins; and a nephew who she raised, Robert Mack.
Mrs. Collins leaves precious and loving memories to her nieces, Shirley (Doug) Holmes, Salisbury, Marie (Joe) Johnson, Columbia, S.C., Betty Taylor, Burlington, N.J.; nephew Leroy (Carol) Lee, Burlington, N.J.; and a host of other great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
